Can I review past messages or back them up?
Yes. Sign in to My Page to browse received messages in date order with unread badges, or download everything as a CSV file that opens directly in Excel and Google Sheets.
How do I change my email or close my account?
Both are self-serve from My Page. Email changes confirm via the new address (with a notification to the old one). Cancellation has a 30-day grace window during which re-registering the same email restores everything.
