1. Information We Handle
SecureMail acts as a courier that delivers inquiries to form owners. We handle only the minimum information needed for that purpose. We do not build user profiles or collect data for any purpose beyond delivering and securing your messages.
1.1 Form Owner Registration
- The email address you provide at registration (used as the destination for inquiry notifications)
1.2 Information Carried in Submitted Messages
When a sender writes a message through a contact form, the contents pass through SecureMail to reach the form owner. We treat this only as data in transit on the way to its recipient and do not analyze or sell its contents. The sender's name is self-declared on the form; we do not verify identity or real-name authenticity.
- The name and contact email the sender chooses to provide
- Subject and message body
- Connection metadata used to detect and prevent abusive submissions

- Standard server access logs
- Cookies used to remember language preference and to keep form submissions safe
2. Purpose of Use
- Sending inquiry notification emails to form owners
- Verifying registration and deletion requests
- Preventing spam and abuse
- Operating and improving the Service
- Compliance with applicable laws
3. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share personal data with third parties except with your consent or when required by law.
4. Retention Period
- Registration data: retained until you request deletion. You can delete your account at any time from the "Delete" tab on the home page.
- Stored messages: retained until the form owner deletes them. When a form owner's account is removed, related messages are also removed.
- Confirmation links: expire automatically after a short period.
- Access logs: rotated and removed on a regular schedule.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to remember your language preference and to keep form submissions safe. Google AdSense cookies may also be used for advertising. See the Google Ads Policy for details.
6. Your Rights
You may delete your account and the data associated with it at any time from the "Delete" tab on the home page.
7. Security
All communications are encrypted with SSL / TLS. SecureMail does not require passwords; identity is verified by sending a confirmation link to your registered email address.
