Terms of Service

  8. Content whose primary purpose is political, religious, or ideological advocacy
  9. Warez, emulators, pirated media, or other underground content
  10. Material that invades the privacy of any individual
  11. Computer viruses or other harmful code
  12. Any other content we deem inappropriate

2. Nature of the Service

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

"SecureMail" is a trademark of Kodama & Co., Inc. You may not use this mark without our prior written consent.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California in the first instance.
